We realize technology and group settings aren’t for everyone.
Some of you are ready to get your health and energy back with our judgment-free, non-diet approach to healthy living… what we call our Out with Weight, On with Life philosophy. But you prefer a one-on-one setting, and that’s great! We can help! We offer individualized health & nutrition coaching sessions to a limited number of people each year.
- MSG with Liz: Get all the benefits of the Mind.Set.Goal! program as Liz guides you through the 7-step process herself, at your pace, via monthly telephone conversations and follow up emails.
- Live with Liz: Complement the Mind.Set.Goal! program with one-on-one monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly coaching calls with Liz.
- Live with Ginny: Get your eating and food environment on track with monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly calls with Ginny, an RD and mom of 3. These are available with or without participation in the Mind.Set.Goal! program.
